For your convenience, for our US customers we offer choices of USPS Priority Shipping, USPS Express or Federal Express. For our international customers we ship USPS Global Priority.
Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Federal Express and USPS Express orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Central Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will usually not be shipped until Monday.
When will I receive my order? TOP USPS Priority Shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 days. Second Day Air will arrive in two Days. Federal Express will arrive next business day. In the case of APO/FPO addresses, the U.S. Military handles the final stage of delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping times to these destinations. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP We accept Visa, and MasterCard. We now also accept PayPal! Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases? TOP Definitely! You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We offer an additional layer of security by not storing credit card information on a computer. Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP Sales Tax will be charged only on orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin. Shipments to addresses outside of Wisconsin will not be charged sales tax. What's your return policy? TOP
Buy with confidence. We will accept any product in its original unused condition for up to 2 weeks from the date of shipment. All tags and product information must still be attached, hanger and shipping bag must be included for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refunded. TOP Our quick email return system makes it easier than ever to return or exchange an item. To make a return, email for an RMA number at orders@myfancytot.com . If I order something and it doesn't fit, can I return or exchange it? TOP
Most likely, yes! Just email for an RMA number orders@myfancytot.com, please include reason for return in your email and if you would like a different size, also include that in your email.
However, If you need the new size right away, it is usually best to place an order for the correct size, this way there is a smaller time delay in delivery as we do not mail the new item until the returned item is received. I Still have a Question Who do I contact? TOP
